You will need to read the Workshop Session decriptions to complete your workshop preferences. When completing your registration form, you will need to choose your first 3 preferences for each of the four workshop sessions.
All Social Events included in the registration form for 3 day delegates are included in the registration costs. Day 2 delegate registrations will need to register for Day 2 including dinner option. DAY 1
Cairns Tour
Option 1: Tour of Cairns
Tour the sites of Cairns in the Ultimate Party Bus on the first night on the conference. Travel along the Cairns Esplanade, around the Central Business District and up to Palm Cove with your own personal tour guide. No Alcohol allowed but other drinks can be consumed in downstairs area. Departs Hilton Hotel at 4.30pm on Wednesday and returns to the hotel around 6.30pm. Don’t miss out – book early – seats only 80.

Yarrabah Tour
Option 2: Yarrabah Aboriginal Community Tour
Tour to the local Aboriginal Community of Yarrabah located 37 km south of Cairns. Leaving the Hilton Hotel at 4.00pm on Wednesday Night and returning to the hotel around 7pm. Learn about the history, local culture, view museum, Art and Craft Centre and see the local Yarrabah pottery.
DAY 2
Conference Dinner - Rainforestation Nature Park, Kuranda
An evening in the rainforest of Kuranda at Rainforestation Nature Park includes a unique combination of activities in an unforgettable tropical setting. Delegates will enjoy a welcome drink on arrival in the Tropical Fruit Orchard.
Army Duck Night Tours will depart from purpose-built platforms for tours of the rainforest by night! Duck drivers illuminate the rainforest track with spotlights; the perfect time to see our nocturnal wildlife. After the group disembarks from their Army Duck Tour they will be greeted by the traditional sounds of the Didgeridoo being played by one of our Pamagirri Aboriginal performers.
Once all guests are seated the Pamagirri Aboriginal Dancers perform a powerful and exciting 30 minute show of traditional dance in the Outback Restaurant. The enchanting sounds of the didgeridoo combined with the entertaining talents of the Aboriginal dancers makes for an unforgettable performance. Dinner will then be served in the Outback Restaurant, which is surrounded by tropical rainforest gardens. Delegates will enjoy a delicious barbeque buffet dinner, including dessert.
